I am really pleased that you may be considering a place at our school or nursery for your child.
This is one of the most important decisions you have to make and I want to help you make the right choice in any way I can.
Below are a number of links to help you.

School
If you wish to apply for a place at our school for Reception class you will find a link and information on Reception class admissions on the Wigan website here

If you wish to move your child from one school to our school [this is called mid year admissions] Wigan has a new approach and forms for you as the parent and for your child's current school to complete.
The information for parents is here
https://www.wigan.gov.uk/Resident/Education/Schools/School-Admissions/Moving-Schools.aspx
Your child's current school should complete part 1 and give it back to you.
Part 1 can be found here Part 1
Parents then need to upload Part 1 so you can progress to Part 2, (once Part 1 has been completed by the school, you can take a photo of it to upload it or attach a paper copy if completing a paper form)
Part 2 form can be downloaded here Part 2
Wigan Local Authority website has all the information you need to help you, click here.
Want to have a look around?
At our school we don't have 'open days' because we want you to see us as we are.
If you would like to look around our nursery or school please contact the school office and we will gladly make a time to show you around.
I look forward to meeting you and your child.

Headteacher
Our Admissions Criteria [for school years 2023-2024, 2024-2025, 2025-2026] is
- Looked after children.
- Children who have a brother or sister attending the school at the time of admission. A brother or sister is any child living at the same address.
- Baptized children, of a church which is a member of Churches Together in Britain and Ireland, whose parents wish them to attend a church school.
- Children living closest to school measured in a straight line as determined by the Local Authority.
***Please remember, if you want to submit supporting evidence including birth certificates, baptism and christening certificates, when requesting a school place it is parents responsibility to ensure school receives a copy, even if an application has been made ‘on line’.***
If your child attends our nursery you MUST still complete an admission form for school at the right time.
